Refund Policy

⚠ Important Notice
All payments made to Lemuria Varmakalari Adimurai World Organization are final and strictly non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
1. No Refund Policy
By making a payment on our website or through any of our authorized channels, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to all services including but not limited to class registrations, event bookings, therapy appointments, workshop fees, certification programs, and product purchases.
- No returns or exchanges will be processed for any products purchased through our website or physical locations.
- No cancellation refunds will be issued for missed classes, events, or therapy sessions, regardless of the reason for absence.
- Partial refunds are not available. If you are unable to attend a portion of a program, no proportional refund will be provided.
2. Class & Training Fees
- Tuition and training fees are non-refundable once paid.
- If a student decides to discontinue training, no refund will be issued for the remaining period.
- Lemuria VAWO reserves the right to dismiss a student for misconduct without any obligation to refund fees paid.
3. Event & Workshop Bookings
- Registration fees for events, workshops, and retreats are non-refundable.
- In the rare event that Lemuria VAWO cancels an event, we may offer credit toward a future event at our sole discretion. Cash refunds will not be provided.
- Transfer of registration to another person may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior written approval.
4. Therapy Appointments
- Therapy session fees are non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed.
- No-shows and late cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled.
- Rescheduling may be allowed only with at least 24 hours advance notice, subject to availability.
5. Products & Merchandise
- All sales of products, training equipment, herbal preparations, and merchandise are final.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges.
- In the case of a genuinely defective item received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Resolution will be at our sole discretion.
6. Payment Disputes
If you have concerns about a transaction, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. Filing an unauthorized chargeback may result in suspension of your account and access to all Lemuria VAWO services.
7. Exceptions
Any exceptions to this policy will be made solely at the discretion of the management of Lemuria Varmakalari Adimurai World Organization. Such exceptions, if granted, do not constitute a precedent for future requests.
