Lemuria VAWO offers martial arts training (Varmakalai, Adimurai, Silambam, Mallkhamb), therapy sessions, workshops, events, and related products. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Registration & Bookings

• All class registrations, event bookings, and therapy appointments are subject to availability.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any booking at our discretion, with reasonable notice.
• Bookings are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by us.

4. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• You agree to pay all charges associated with your purchases at the prices in effect when incurred.
• All payments made to Lemuria VAWO are final and non-refundable. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, training methodologies, and techniques — is the intellectual property of Lemuria VAWO and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

6. Assumption of Risk

Participation in martial arts training, therapy sessions, and related physical activities involves inherent risks. By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Lemuria VAWO, its instructors, and staff shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues arising from participation in our programs.

7. Code of Conduct

• Students and participants must maintain discipline and respect towards instructors, fellow students, and the art form.
• Any form of misconduct, harassment, or misuse of techniques taught will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
• Recording of training sessions is prohibited without prior authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lemuria VAWO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
